23rd Happy Birthday, Brett
February started out with Oliver showing us what he is made of
and that made for a fun day. We learned that he can jump onto the dining room chair and snoop around the table.
Never climbed on the table but he did knock a book off and then started to chew it. He took socks out of the laundry,
drug around shoes and then chewed on them. He found paper and ripped it to shreds! He loves to run back and forth.
He has a long tail and ran in circles to try and catch it. Lucas use to take the dish towels but Oliver hasn't done
that yet.
We have a busy first week ahead of us. Several events at the lodge. We should get our car
back on Tuesday. Sue is finishing Paige's quilt. It was a real challenge but lots of fun. Our
friends, Bill and Judy are here for a couple days and that is always fun.
February 24, 2009 We had a busy week. A dinner and a wedding at the lodge. Oliver went
to his first social event...a bay area Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club. There were 21 other CKC's there. He
was the youngest (by 2 weeks) and of course he was the cutest. Also, he was the dog that decided to whine while the
speaker was talking. It was fun and we will probably go back next month. Tonight he starts obiedence classes for
the next 6 weeks.
Paige has started her dance competition schedule for 2009. The picture below was taken by a professional photographer.
