Traveling around...

We left CA and headed up to Oregon the beginning of September.  When we arrived at the park we were informed that we were very close to getting our lot.  I can now say we have a lot in the Escapees Park in Oregon.  Even though it took almost 6 years the getting of the lot came suddenly.  We miss being in Tracy at the Elks Lodge but it was time to move on.
We had a lot of work done on the motorhome while we were in Oregon and then we had to get new tires.  Of course, the tires had to be ordered and when they came it wasn't what was ordered.  Besides the waiting, the expense was hard to take for 6 MH tires.  Next, when we got to CA there were some more repairs and that cost close to $2,000.  We spent 3 days in Redding.  They have an intersting bridge there named the Sundial.  While the MH was getting work done on it we took Oliver over to the bridge.  It has a glass floor!  Interesting.

We stopped in Tracy and visited Julie for a couple days and then it was down to Hollister.  We spent two days there visiting Shelly and began cleaning out our storage locker.  We put some furniture and boxes in the motorhome to take to Mark in Las Vegas.  There was so much stuff in the motorhome we decided to stay in a hotel one night.  This was Oliver's first time in a hotel.  He was so good and only barked once and that was in the morning when someone slammed a door.
We delivered the stuff to Mark when we arrived and then settled in for a week in Las Vegas.  We had dinner with Mark & Marisa a couple times including Thanksgiving.  While we were there we attended a taping of the Regis and Kelly show.  We also went to the pawn shop where they film the Pawn Stars show.

Next, we traveled to Phoenix and have been visitng with Chuck for the last week.  We also saw grandson, Ryne one night for pizza.  While here, we have met up with some friends who are snowbirds and winter in the Phoenix area.

From here I think we are heading to Coarsegold, CA and then to Tracy.  Sue has jury duty at the end of January.
Mark & Marisa are expecting their first child in May so we will be back in Vegas the end of April.  The baby is due May 5th.
